Star 45STBDE Description
Equipped with thermostatic electronic controls, the Star 45STBDE Grill-Max® hot dog roller grill maintains front and rear heating zones independently to match different cooking needs. Its built-in heating cycle brings items up to a preset temperature, then automatically transitions to hold mode to preserve product quality. An audible alarm alerts the operator when food is ready to serve. With a capacity of 45 hot dogs and 32 buns, this unit features a slanted layout and an integrated unheated bun drawer for streamlined service. The Staltek®-coated non-stick rollers rotate continuously on a Seal-Max bearing system, while the fixed-floating element design helps minimize warping.
