Star 45SC Description
To ensure longevity and optimize performance, the Star 45SC hot dog roller features a heavy-duty, roller-bearing design as well as stainless steel sheath heating elements. The unit's remainder is also constructed of stainless steel to endure heavy use in high-volume settings, and this metal is durable, corrosion resistant, and easy to clean. Overall, it measures 233/4 inches wide by 281/2 inches deep by 121/2 inches high.
The Star 45SC roller grill is a stadium-style, roller-type model that improves visibility to encourage impulse purchases. It holds as many as 45 hot dogs, and its front and rear zones are independently managed with analog controls. To streamline cleaning, its rollers are protected with a nonstick Duratec® coating.
