The Star 35SSC Classic Steamro, Jr. hot dog steamer has a 6-quart water pan for humidifying the interior so hot dogs and buns stay moist. This unit has a capacity of 130 hot dogs and can hold 30 to 40 buns. Loading products into the steamer is simple since the stainless steel lids on the top open to the side for easy accessibility. An immersion heating element heats up quickly to maintain temperatures and humidity at an even level, and the adjustable thermostat has quick start up and fast recovery. The stainless steel construction and tempered glass retain temperatures, are durable, and resist corrosion.
