Star 30SCBD Description
With a capacity of 30 hot dogs and 32 buns, the Star 30SCBD Grill-Max® roller grill is perfect for concession stands, recreational facilities, and other food service venues with a medium demand. Tubular, sheathed heating elements that are free-floating to prevent misshaping heat the Duratec®-coated rollers that are nonstick to prevent food and grease from building up. Roller bearing and seal combination are used to prevent grease and food from reaching internal components, making operation smoother. The dual control knobs allow for different temperatures for the front and rear sections to transition from cooking to warming. the Star 30SCBD Grill-Max roller grill has a grill top that is slanted at 3 to 5 degrees for better food presentation while it is cooking, maximizing time and product.
