Its 9-inch cutting board provides a dedicated assembly surface, while six self-closing drawers and a top rail organize supplies across 30 sixth-size pans. Mounted on 6-inch braking casters, the stainless steel body facilitates smooth repositioning for cleaning and layout changes.
