Constructed of stainless steel, the Dukers DSP36-15M-D2 mega top sandwich/salad prep table resists warping to preserve a professional look. It measures 36 inches wide by 31 7⁄8 inches deep by 45 3⁄4 inches high and integrates two self-closing drawers and a rail that separates ingredients across 15 sixth-size pans. Above the 8.98-cubic-foot cabinet, a 9-inch cutting board handles heavy slicing. Managed by digital controls, the self-contained, bottom-mounted system defrosts automatically and circulates R290 refrigerant to stabilize the interior between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The 6-inch casters support smooth mobility and lock in place for secure setup.
