Dukers DSP29-12M-S1 Description
Built for compact prep lines, the Dukers DSP29-12M-S1 includes a full-width 9-inch-deep cutting board and a refrigerated mega top rail that holds 12 included sixth-size pans. This one-section prep table measures 29 inches wide and is constructed of stainless steel inside and out for long-term use in high-traffic foodservice environments. A digital LED control panel enables precise temperature management and includes an automatic defrost feature to reduce frost buildup. The unit is mounted on six 5-inch casters for mobility, with two locking casters to stabilize the table during use.
The Dukers DSP29-12M-S1 sandwich/salad prep table maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit using a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that operates on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The self-closing door stays open past 60 degrees for hands-free loading, while the sealed cabinet floor and rounded interior corners support simplified cleaning. One adjustable shelf made of coated stainless steel resists rusting and peeling over time. Internal capacity measures 6.56 cubic feet and supports backup storage during service hours.
