Resting on 6-inch braking casters, the Dukers DSP29-12M-D2 mega top prep table glides between stations and offers balanced placement. The automatic defrosting decreases manual maintenance, and digital controls adjust the 6.56-cubic-foot interior from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Using R290 refrigerant, the self-contained, bottom-mounted system operates with reduced global warming potential. Its stainless steel construction protects the 29 1⁄8-inch-wide by 31 1⁄2-inch-deep by 45 3⁄4-inch-high body from scratches, while two self-closing drawers and a rail group 12 sixth-size pans to keep toppings within reach.
