Dukers DPP44-6-S1 Description
The compact Dukers DPP44-6-S1 pizza prep table provides a single-door layout with core refrigeration and prep features packed into a 44 5⁄8-inch width. It holds six third-size pans in the top compartment beneath a hinged insulated cover to protect toppings during peak service. A 19-inch-deep cutting board supports pizza assembly, and a heavy-duty shelf accommodates additional backup storage inside the cabinet.
Designed for performance and practicality, the Dukers DPP44-6-S1 pizza prep table includes sealed interior floors and rounded cabinet corners that simplify daily cleaning. Its self-closing door stays open past 90 degrees for restocking. A bottom-mounted compressor uses R290 refrigerant and maintains a 34 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit range. The digital controls, automatic defrost, and 5-inch locking casters support smooth, reliable operation.
