The Dukers DCGT36 natural gas griddle's drip pan channels debris toward a single collection point to simplify cleaning. Made of stainless steel, it endures high temperatures and resists deformation over time. A standby pilot sustains a steady flame for rapid ignition, while the 1-inch-thick polished steel plate distributes heat across the 35 7⁄8-inch by 20 1⁄2-inch cooking area to limit pronounced hot spots. Measuring 36 inches wide by 28 1⁄2 inches deep by 15 1⁄4 inches high, it integrates adjustable legs for secure footing on irregular countertops. Three burners produce 78,000 BTU and use thermostatic controls to moderate heat delivery.
