Dynamic CL006 Description
The Dynamic CL006 DynaCube vegetable dicer works great for slicing, dicing, and cutting foods into strips. Its stainless steel blade grid assembly can cleanly cut fruits, vegetables, and cooked meats. The included blades provide 3⁄8-inch by 3⁄8-inch cuts, and for larger or smaller cuts, other blade assemblies are available for purchase. Blades are enclosed in the unit, where the user cannot easily be cut. When the rotating arm is turned, foods are pushed into the blades, sliced, and dropped out the front chute. Suction cups help secure the unit to the countertop, keeping it from slipping. When cleaning the interior, several components can be removed from the unit, and it should always be handwashed with mild soap and warm water.

This machine is excellent
I bought this machine a few years ago, and it immediately reduced my labor significantly. Also, I could use folks who didn't have a lot of knife skills to do high speed food prep and get consistent results. The amount of pressure the user supplies makes an impact on piece size, but most people can master that in the first few minutes of use. We use this for dicing potatoes and tomatoes, blades have held up well. We had one very careless dishwasher and that created some breakage, as everything is plastic, but even with only 1 of 3 latches operational, it still dices really nicely. I'm hoping they sell the bottom half separately, so I can get all 3 latches operational again. I will buy the whole thing again if I need to, it's perfect. I also own a robotcoupe which I bought later, thinking we needed to upgrade. The robotcoupe is constantly broken, we never use it, we just use the Dynamic chopper.
Time saver
This machine works great! Dice 50# of potatoes in minutes, make a large kitchen pan of Pico de gallo in minutes, prepared full meal for 150 guests, saved approximately 6 hours! Easy to use and very easy to clean
I so wanted to love this machine
I so wanted to love this unit, but when cutting fruit for a fruit salad, it has tons of tiny little slivers in it that makes it look very unappealing. We went back to hand cutting
