"Use at home and at a restaurant"
"I've mostly used this for dicing tomatoes to 1/4". You can do a 25 pound case in 10-15 minutes after first coring the tomatoes and cutting 5x6s in half. The tomatoes come out PERFECT, just like petite dice in a can, but made with fresh. It also works with zucchini, squash, eggplant and other soft vegetables. It will work for onions, but you have to remove the bottom blade or it may jam and you'd have to cut the onions in half on the horizontal first. I think it might jam with celery, but I haven'y tried it. It takes a bit of time to clean, but it's easier than a grid blade smasher. DON'T run it through the dishwasher or the blades will warp and the machine won't work. Don't let unskilled workers put it together. There are only five parts, but assembling the two blades can take some practice before it comes together easily. I'm working in a different kitchen now and trying to get them to buy one. In a very high volume kitchen, I can see this saving one to two hours of labor EVERY DAY. It also makes jobs like making fresh pico de gallo very easy and quick. Well worth the price."
