The Scotsman UC2724MA-1 undercounter ice maker has a storage bin that holds 80 pounds of ice. This ice maker produces 282 pounds of ice each day when used in ideal conditions. It produces full-cube ice intended for serving in cocktails because of its slow melt rate.
This Scotsman UC2724MA-1 ice machine has a compact footprint and a recessed utility chase so users can install it in tight places with insufficient space to provide side and rear clearance. Its condenser is self-contained and cooled by air. When cleaning the air filter, it can be accessed from the front.

Would not recommend
Constant issues with quality. Uses temp thermistors that fail within months to determine harvest. Double sided tape to hold bin switches to plastic Parts are never available unless you want to pay for overnight shipping from factory. Scotsman as a whole has become a very unreliable product.
