Scotsman SCCP50MB-1SU Description
So the Scotsman SCCP50MB-1SU Brilliance™ ice maker can be installed without a nearby floor drain, it features a built-in drain pump; ideal for small bars and residential spaces, this machine produces as much as 65 pounds of slow-melting gourmet ice in 24 hours. Harvested ice is then stored in the built-in bin, which is illuminated for visibility and can hold 26 pounds of ice total. To ensure ice remains clear and free of impurities, the unit has a sensor-type control system that detects and purges mineral-laden water. To monitor cleanliness, power status, and water levels at a glance, it has an integrated control panel.
Because its cabinet is made of stainless steel, the Scotsman SCCP50MB-1SU gourmet ice maker can withstand heavy use without rusting, scratching, or denting. Its front panel is customizable to blend in with surrounding cabinets; however, the wood paneling must be purchased separately. For optimal cooling, this unit is air cooled and operates with R-134A refrigerant. To fit under most standard countertops, this compact model measures 14 7⁄8 inches wide by 22 inches deep by 34 3⁄8 inches high overall.
