The Scotsman SCCP30MA-1SU Brilliance™ ice maker is designed with a built-in drain pump for flexible installation without requiring a nearby floor drain. Its cabinet is constructed of stainless steel—a rugged, corrosion-resistant metal suited to heavy use—while its front is unfinished for customization with wood paneling (sold separately). For additional strength and a streamlined appearance, it features fully integrated, robust hinges. Designed to fit under most standard countertops, this unit measures 14 7⁄8 inches wide by 22 inches deep by 34 3⁄8 inches high.
Ideal for residential spaces, the Scotsman SCCP30MA-1SU air-cooled ice maker produces as much as 30 pounds of gourmet ice daily; this 1-inch by 1 1⁄8-inch by 1 1⁄4-inch cube melts slowly for chilling specialty cocktails. To preserve the quality of served spirits, this ice is flavorless and odorless; this ice machine can store a total of 26 pounds of ice at one time.
