The paddle wheel ice dispense technology removes the ice, while the agitator motor ensures the unit doesn't clog during use. An insulated condensation tray is installed at the bottom, enabling simple cleanup at the end of the day. The off-cycle agitation processes can be configured to accommodate a variety of ice forms.

The unit’s 30-inch width by 31-inch depth fits on most worktops and countertops, granting simple access. Compatible with this ice dispenser are the Scotsman 30-inch and 22-inch modular cube and nugget ice machines (sold separately), and this unit must be connected to a machine head for use.
