Scotsman DCE33A-1SSD Description
The Scotsman DCE33A-1SSD Legacy undercounter ice maker has a 30-pound daily production rate when ambient air temperature is 70 degrees Fahrenheit and inlet water is 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Fully formed ice is released into the unit's storage bin, which can hold 26 pounds of ice, and to prevent overfilling, it has an automatic shut-off and restart feature. Great for chilling stirred cocktails or spirits on the rocks, this unit creates 1-inch by 1 1⁄8-inch by 1 1⁄4-inch gourmet cubes—crystal-clear, odorless, flavorless, and slow-to-melt cubes. To optimize production, it uses R-134A refrigerant and features an air-cooled condensing system.
For durability and streamlined cleaning, this Scotsman DCE33A-1SSD undercounter ice machine has a stainless steel cabinet. To complement existing cabinetry in residential spaces, its front can be customized with wood paneling (sold separately). The door is field reversable, meaning it can be attached on the left or right side of the unit to accommodate different setups. So users can drain the unit as needed, it features a gravity drain, which propels waste water directly into a connected floor drain. Overall, this ice machine measures 15 inches wide by 22 13⁄16 inches deep by 33 3⁄8 inches high.

I would not buy this product forever
It is a complete failure it makes about one glass full of ice a day we've checked everything on it all the water pressures all the hookups all the adjustments and it just won't work I've bought several ice makers through KTOM and this is the worst I've ever had and nobody will make it good they say they can't take it back because it's been installed so how are you going to tell it don't work if you don't install it first I would really like to have my money back but nobody will talk to me about it
Never would buy another Scotsman Product
Absolute junk, when I built my house in 04 the high end appliance store we went to recommended the Scotsman ice maker to complete the top of the line appliances we were buying. That ice maker lasted about 2 years. I then went through a few others and about 2 years decided to take another try Scotsman, huge mistake. Never worked right from day one, unit was serviced never resolved problem, I shut it off for a few months and tried to use it over the Labor Day weekend and no ice. I remember being at my brothers home in Sag Harbor and noticed his ice maker was off in his billiard room, Scotsman also not working.
Great ice maker
Ours dearly departed one lasted 20 years! It produces excellent clear ice. It is important to keep the air vent at the base clean of dust and lint. The ordering process was painless and the price is excellent.
