Hatco HZMH-24 Description
For energy-saving, short-term holding, the Hatco HZMH-24 horizontal merchandising warmer's single shelf uses Spot-On® Technology, which turns on overhead heat when product is loaded into one of the shelf's two heating zones. This mechanism also turns off the base's energy-saving mode and uses fast-action ribbon elements to heat to programmed temperatures in less than 10 seconds. An LCD display scans and shows each zone's settings so operators can manage and adjust temperatures. Overall, this horizontal shelf measures 20.08 inches wide by 21.75 inches deep and includes three channel divider rods held in place by magnets.
With its open, pass-thru configuration, the Hatco HZMH-24 heated zone merchandiser connects a kitchen to a serving area and creates a streamlined self-service station. Employees can load product into the unit's back without disrupting shopping customers. LED lighting above the shelf highlights displayed items, while hinged glass side panels ensure customers have a full view of the cabinet from the sides. To maintain a clean appearance, the glass panels can swing out for cleaning when needed. This 27.90-inch-wide by 28.56-inch-deep by 21.86-inch-high unit is designed for countertop displays, and it comes in black to match common decor in convenience stores, supermarkets, and delis.
