Hatco HDW-3N Description
Compatible with compact kitchens, the Hatco HDW-3N freestanding drawer warmer sports a narrow design measuring 20 7⁄8 inches wide by 28 1⁄4 inches deep by 35 1⁄4 inches high. Made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this unit is divided into three thermostatically controlled drawers that preserve temperatures and prevent flavor transfer. Each drawer is mounted on stainless steel slides with nylon rollers for smooth opening and closing, and to simplify cleaning beneath this warming unit, it's furnished with 4-inch legs.
Each drawer in the Hatco HDW-3N drawer warming unit includes a front-mounted control panel with thermostatic controls and temperature monitors, enabling operators to adjust and gauge heat throughout extended holding periods. As moisture requirements change with the menu, users can modify the drawers' vent slides for airflow and moisture control. To save energy in cold settings, all the drawers are insulated. Despite this narrow configuration, each drawer accommodates a full-size 6-inch-deep food pan, and three pans are included.
