Hatco HDW-2N Description
The Hatco HDW-2N drawer warmer's stainless steel construction provides long-term durability and corrosion resistance, and to prevent potential damage or unwanted temperature adjustment, its thermostatic control panels are recessed. This unit is fully insulated to preserve heat and hold food at ideal temperatures for extended periods. Because it’s fitted with 4-inch legs, operators can easily clean underneath this warmer.
As a narrow, freestanding model with two drawers, the Hatco HDW-2N warming unit measures 20 7⁄8 inches wide by 28 1⁄4 inches deep by 25 1⁄8 inches high. Each drawer is equipped with adjustable sliding vents to release excess humidity and keep product from becoming soggy. To ease operation and endure repeated closing and opening, these drawers are situated on heavy-duty slides with nylon rollers.
