Hatco HDW-1 Description
For low-volume holding, the Hatco HDW-1 freestanding drawer warmer features a single heated compartment. Operators can adjust temperatures with the recessed thermostatic control as holding requirements change, and its temperature monitor provides an accurate readout. To improve air circulation and control moisture levels, its vent slides can be repositioned. The drawer's fully insulated design maximizes energy efficiency by maintaining generated heat in cool settings.
This Hatco HDW-1 single-compartment drawer warmer includes a standard 6-inch-deep food pan that can be lifted from the drawer without tilting for streamlined loading and removal. The drawer is fitted with nylon rollers for smooth opening, closing, and full extension. To withstand heavy-duty use, this 291/2-inch-wide by 225/8-inch-deep by 11-inch-high unit's exterior, interior, drawer slides, and assembly are made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
