Hatco GRCSCLH-24 Description
To ensure food remains warm during preparation, the Hatco GRCSCLH-24 carving station has heat lamps as well as a heated base, both of which feature individual thermostatic controls. The heat lamps are fitted with incandescent lights that illuminate food to reduce injuries, and their shatterproof bulbs prevent food contamination. To further safeguard food, it's equipped with a right-mounted sneeze guard that shields product from airborne particulates.
The Hatco GRCSCLH-24 countertop carving station is great for buffets and catered events where customers can order steak, pork, and chicken. This unit fits on a countertop and measures 26 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 28 1⁄2 inches high. It doesn't include a cutting board, so one must be purchased separately for use.
