The Hatco FDWD-1 Flav-R-Fresh® countertop holding and display case uses separate controls for heat and humidity to keep product fresh while showcasing it. Its door and sides are made of tempered glass, so food is readily visible for guests, while a fluorescent light in the cabinet enhances visibility. This Hatco FDWD-1 Flav-R-Fresh countertop holding and display case has a four-tier rack that can accommodate pretzels, hot dogs, pizzas as big as 15 inches diameter, or other popular foods in stores, concession stands, and snack bars.
