Hamilton Beach HBF510S Description
For heavy-duty use in commercial kitchens, the Hamilton Beach HBF510S EXPEDITOR™ culinary blender includes a rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel container with a 64-ounce capacity that can be used for hot and cold food applications. A dosing cup can be placed atop the container so chefs can add as much as 4 ounces of liquid for emulsification. The container fits into the jar pad, which is removable for cleaning. With its 71/2-inch-wide by 81/2-inch-deep by 203/10-inch-tall structure, it doesn't occupy much space on countertops. To prevent skidding when it's in use or when ingredients are added, Sure Grip™ feet built into the unit's bottom secure it in place.
Ideal for blending thick, fresh ingredients into soups and purees, this Hamilton Beach HBF510S culinary blender's 22/5-HP motor powers the two-edge stainless steel blade through tough ingredients. A control panel built onto the unit's front includes leak-resistant, sealed paddle switches and a speed control dial for improved control and specific results. A protective brow integrated above the controls can catch leaks and spills that otherwise could drip onto the controls.
