For versatility, the Hamilton Beach CPM800 planetary mixer includes a dough hook, beater, and wire whisk. Each of these components, along with the bowl, are made of stainless steel for durability and resistance to rust and corrosion. The bowl accommodates 8 quarts and has handles on each side to help employees lift and carry it. This unit is operated with a start/stop button and a variable seven-speed dial and pulse, and the speed can be adjusted during the mixing cycle without damaging the components.
The Hamilton Beach CPM800 commercial mixer's body is made of strong aluminum. It fits on a countertop and is positioned on rubber feet to prohibit sliding. To add ingredients, change attachments, and scrape the bowl's sides, the head of the body tilts back. Withstanding frequent use, the gears have a metal construction, and overall, this mixer measures 13 4⁄5 inches wide by 16 4⁄5 inches deep by 15 4⁄5 inches high.
