The unit is designed to extract pure juice out of virtually any citrus fruit to make the best fresh juices, cocktails or other creations. An extractor arm creates up to 2,000 pounds of pressure, assuring the maximum in juice output and minimizing skin oil and residue from pulp. A juice collector cup swings out to obtain the juices more efficiently, and a strainer cone and funnel can be easily removed for cleaning. An acid-resistant finish with chrome and porcelain resist citrus acids.

This thing is a beast!
Bought this because I was sick of hand juicing all the citrus we use. We couldn't be happier with it unless it did all of the prep work for us. Easy to use, very effective and easy to clean.
Getting one for the house
I have used this professionally at McCormick and Schmick's for a number of years. Now, even though I don't bartend anymore, this remains a great item for creating the best juice based cocktails on the planet. Nothing beats a fresh squeezed margarita or mojito... Product is also very durable and overall easy to maintain.
Fresh juice quick/easy clean up
Unit juices limes, lemons, tangerines, oranges and grapefruits easily and quickly. Clean up is fast so this won't end up as an expensive dust collector. Fresh juice really tastes great. The grapefruit size factor is easily solved by buying grapefruits the size of large oranges. If the press diameter was slightly larger, this would not be a consideration. That's the reason for the 4 star rating. It's sturdy and smooth operating. Very satisfied with the utility of the juicer. Happy I bought one.
