Proctor Silex 37560R Description
The Proctor Silex 37560R insulated rice cooker is a versatile unit designed to cook multiple types of rice in addition to grits, mac and cheese, and oatmeal. Its interior is double insulated, ensuring the units high heat is locked inside, while its heated and lined lid ensures all products are cooked evenly. To keep finished products at their ideal temperature, it has a warming mode that turns on automatically or can be activated using the unit’s cook and warm switch. This unit measures 181/10 inches in diameter by 152/5 inches tall and has a 14-liter capacity, meaning 60 cups of cooked rice can be prepared in the unit.
Constructed of stainless steel, the Proctor Silex 37560R countertop rice cooker is protected against minor damage and is simple to wipe clean. Its interior pot is nonstick, expediting post-cooking cleanup and reducing the chance of tough grime stains forming on its sides. Additionally, its inner liner is removable, so it can be taken cleaning or for storing product for later. Its lid can be opened by button and opens on a hinge, while the moisture cup on its side ensures condensation is removed from the unit and kept in an easy-to-dump location. The unit ships with a measuring cup as well as a paddle to simplify food removal.
