My Go To knife
The extra length on this paring knife gets it through everything. Very sharp and stays that way forever. Light, nimble and easily cleaned. I keep 10 in my drawer and use them throughout the day, every day. And at this price, how can you quibble? And I will say that I have Wusthof and Henckels too, so it's not that I'm cheap. I just really love this knife!
