Not what I expected
I was expecting a fairly rigid knife, this isn't it. Knife arrived on time and well packaged. I have used it, in a commercial meat market, for several days and I find it highly useful, just not for the reason I bought it. Excellent for cutting vegetables, fantastic at removing skin from fish and prep work with chicken. not rigid enough for chopping. Do they make a more rigid model?
