For reduced environmental impact compared to systems with traditional refrigerant, the Delfield D4560NP undercounter freezer's rear-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. This unit features a front-breathing design, which minimizes clearance requirements at the sides and rear for flexibility in installation in compact kitchens. It measures 60 3⁄25 inches wide by 31 1⁄2 inches deep by 36 inches high overall, and because it sits on four 5-inch casters, it's simple to maneuver and clean underneath.
The two-section design featuring the Delfield D4560NP commercial undercounter freezer is accessible through four total drawers. Each drawer can hold standard full-size pans or other pan configurations to organize the interior. Once the desired pans are installed, users can keep sliced cheese and meat close at hand. This unit's exterior body and drawers are constructed of stainless steel, increasing durability and reducing corrosion risks.
