The Delfield D4527NP undercounter freezer increases the storage capacities of back-of-house kitchens while keeping ingredients cold. Its self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly function, and because this unit intakes air from the front and features a flat top, it's simple to install in compact locations under counters or nearby other workstations. To store sliced provolone, cheddar, or Swiss cheese, its cold storage locations can fit one 12-inch by 20-inch pan and three sixth-size pans.
Overall, the Delfield D4527NP single-section undercounter freezer measures 27 3⁄25 inches wide by 31 1⁄2 inches deep by 36 inches high. The entirety of its body is constructed of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. It's mounted on a set of four 5-inch casters to ease mobility from one location to the next; this also eases cleaning underneath.
