The Carlisle RP14 OptiClean™ dishwasher tray/food pan dishwasher rack supports 2 1⁄2-inch-deep food pans and steam table inserts. With angled racks, dishes can be thoroughly cleaned, meaning the dishwasher can sanitize hard-to-reach places. Overall, it holds five rows of pans with a 3-inch compartment width, and its double-wall polypropylene construction is strong enough to endure consistent dishwasher cycles.
