Carlisle CM1103C1402 Description
The Carlisle CM1103C1402 Coldmaster® CoolCheck™ food pan keeps product below 41 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 to 8 hours with refrigerated gel built into its sides. Insulation surrounding the gel retains the cold air, and leaking is prevented since the gel comes in a bag. When the pan is at food safe, cool temperatures, it turns blue; this color slowly changes back to white as the temperature rises. With this CoolCheck color-changing technology, estimation is avoided when determining food safe temperatures. Made of ABS plastic, the Carlisle CM1103C1402 Coldmaster CoolCheck food pan is durable for use in commercial establishments. It holds 3.4 quarts of product in two divided compartments.

Sad
Sadly, this item, even when not near heat lamps, is only holding temperatures up to the longest 4 hours, not 8 as advertised. I used my own money to try it out because I believed in your product sadly. I have not been reimbursed due to the fact I was wrong, and it does not hold up to its description. I could use a second one and it would make it through the day with it being switched out. If you change the wording to up to 4 hrs, you'd get a much better review from me, but I can not honestly say it works as described. I can not afford a second one but sure could use one now. If it wouldn't cost me I'd probably return it since I needed an 8 hr not a 4 hr solution.
