Carlisle CM1102C1402 Description
The Carlisle CM1102C1402 Coldmaster® Coolcheck™ food pan keeps cold food at safe temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 to 8 hours. It uses color-changing technology, which is activated by overnight storage in the freezer. When properly chilled, the pan turns blue and remains that color until the temperature exceeds safe holding levels. To support heavy use, the pan is made of impact-resistant plastic. For streamlined cleaning, this material is dishwasher safe.
