Carlisle CM1101C1402 Description
The Carlisle CM1101C1402 Coldmaster® Coolcheck™ food pan is engineered to hold food at cold temperatures for 6 to 8 hours. The unit has color-changing technology, which activates when it's stored in the freezer overnight. As the temperature drops below safe temperatures, the pan changes from blue to white so operators know when temperatures are no longer food safe. Because it's made of high-impact plastic, it's durable for heavy use, after which it can be washed in a dishmachine.
