Carlisle CM110103 Description
The Carlisle CM110103 Coldmaster® food pan helps restaurants in front- and back-of-the-house applications by keeping food in the safe zone with refrigerant gel insulation. By placing the pan in the freezer for 8 hours, the refrigerant gel recharges enough to maintain low temperatures for another 8 hours. Because it's made of ABS plastic, the pan can be cleaned in the dishwasher and will resist breaking when it is dropped.
