Carlisle CM101202 Description
Designed to maximize cold food holding times, the Carlisle CM101202 Coldmaster® ice cream server uses refrigerant gel to keep cold air around tubs of ice cream. Its 10-inch interior diameter holds one 3-gallon-capacity ice cream tub. Made of ABS plastic, the server is durable and resistant to damage from impacts. It can be washed in the dishmachine, and a clear plastic lid is included to seal in ice cream.
