With a sturdy black polyethylene body and versatile ice-cooled design, the Carlisle SixStar™ cold food bar (660603) supports reliable, self-service dining in busy foodservice settings. It holds up to five 6-inch-deep full-size pans—or combinations of six full-size, (12) half-size, (24) quarter-size, or (36) one-sixth pans—offering flexibility for any menu layout.
The Carlisle SixStar cold food bar includes four acrylic shields that keep food visible and protected from contamination. The insulated basin maintains temperatures between 32 and 160 degrees Fahrenheit, and the faucet-style drain simplifies cleanup after service. The scratch-resistant surface preserves a clean appearance, ensuring this unit performs dependably in daily operations.
