This Carlisle 660103 SixStar™ tabletop food bar requires no connections and is completely portable. To cool foods, users can add pans full of ice, and to drain the water, they can remove the drain plug. Because this unit can hold five full-size pans, it can accommodate a variety of snacks, salad toppings, or other buffet foods. An acrylic buffet guard on each side protects the product from sneezes, coughs, and contaminants, so food stays fresh and safe to eat.
The Carlisle 660103 portable food bar is constructed of polyethylene and insulated with polyurethane foam. Not only does this foam slow the melting of ice—it also strengthens the structure do to its thickness. For quick cleanup, this unit is coated with a smooth, glossy finish, and its black exterior can be integrated into almost any operation.
