The Carlisle 40521EC75 Sparta® cutting board brush is made for cleaning cutting boards with a rectangular bank of lime polyester bristles. Each bristle measures approximately 1 3⁄20 inches long, while the complete brush spans 6 inches. The polypropylene handle forms a non-absorbent gripping surface that does not take in wash water. An opening provides a point for suspended storage when not in use.
