The Carlisle 40521EC25 Sparta® cutting board brush is finished in tan and measures 6 inches from end to end. Its rectangular head has polyester bristles that measure 1 3⁄20 inches long for scrubbing cutting boards. Molded from non-absorbent polypropylene, the handle does not take in liquids during use. Staff can place the brush on a hook using the opening in the handle when not in use.
