Carlisle 4040114 Description
The Carlisle 4040114 Sparta® pastry brush has soft bristles made of a blue, chemical-resistant nylon that suits color-coded applications. These bristles are molded into the handle, eliminating air pockets and crevices that could trap bacteria. Since a hook is molded into the handle, the brush can be hung on containers and remains elevated when laid on countertops. It can withstand contact with products as hot as 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
