Carlisle 4040102 Description
The Carlisle 4040102 Sparta® pastry basting brush has soft bristles made of nylon, so they are resistant to chemicals. To eliminate crevices susceptible to bacteria growth, the bristles are molded into the handle. A molded-in hook elevates the bristles off countertops to prevent contamination. It can also be used to hang the brush on the lip of pots and pans to prevent bristles from melting or burning.
