The Carlisle 4011105 Sparta® fryer brush has stiff Teflon bristles that aggressively clean tough messes in hot areas without the risk of melting. Its cool-to-the-touch plastic handle protects users from burns even while cleaning high-temperature equipment. An L-shaped bend in the brush head reaches into corners and oddly shaped containers.
