Eurodib SFE04900 Description
With a 24-inch-wide and 16-inch-deep cooking area, the Eurodib SFE04900 electric griddle efficiently cooks and grills high volumes of food at once. The stainless steel griddle has a 140- to 560-degree-Fahrenheit temperature range and a high wattage for quick heating and recovery times. Its 1⁄2-inch-thick cooking surface helps increase heat contact and is polished to help prevent foods from sticking. Users control the thermostat, while an indicator light turns on to alert operators when the griddle is ready for use. If the unit gets too hot, automatic thermal overload protection will kickstart to halt overheating.
The Eurodib SFE04900 electric griddle helps keep hot oil from splashing onto the counter with its stainless steel backsplash. At the front of the unit, a removable drip tray catches grease for safe maintenance. Overall, the griddle’s smooth structure can be wiped down quickly after use, and four nonslip rubber feet line the bottom of its legs to ensure it won’t slide when bumped.
