Eurodib DIABLO10 Description
The Eurodib DIABLO10 vacuum packing machine can be used to prepare food for sous vide cooking, where prepared food is reheated in a circulating water bath in sealed bags. It prolongs storage and reduces food waste by preventing air from reaching food. It has a 10-inch sealing bar and an intuitive interface. Its cycle operates between 30 and 40 seconds, and the marinating function adds flavor to food.
