Eurodib CYCLONE203D Description
Because it's a floor model, the Eurodib CYCLONE203D Cyclone vacuum pack machine has a larger chamber than countertop units. It has two 20.5-inch bars that seal vacuum packing bags to hold food safely in storage, reducing food waste. This sealing can also be used to prepare cooked food for storage before sous vide cooking; this enables operators to prepare food ahead of time and retherm before serving. The unit is made of stainless steel—a durable construction that eases cleaning.
