InSinkErator S-500-18B-CC202 Description
Featuring stainless steel construction with chrome-plated surfaces, the InSinkErator SS-500-18B-CC202 2303 disposer is designed to support sanitary operation and simplify maintenance. Double-tapered Timken roller bearings help absorb mechanical shock, while internal seals—including a triple-lip seal and a spring-loaded oil seal—help prevent water damage and grease loss. The 5-horsepower induction motor operates at 1,725 RPM and is housed in a fully enclosed casing with thermal overload protection and built-in airflow cooling. Nickel chrome alloy shredding components inside the grind chamber support reverse-action grinding for dependable performance. The disposer includes an 18-inch diameter bowl with a 6 5⁄8-inch inlet, paired with a sleeve guard and splash baffle. A CC202 control panel manages post flush, timed run, and automatic reversing cycles. Syphon breaker, solenoid valve, and flow control valve are included to complete installation.
