The InSinkErator SS-100-15B-CC202 2083 disposer system is built for foodservice operations seeking dependable food waste removal. The system is constructed of stainless steel with a corrosion-resistant grind chamber and features a 15-inch diameter bowl with a 6 5⁄8-inch inlet. It includes a splash baffle and sleeve guard to help contain debris, while a syphon breaker, solenoid valve, and flow control valve are also provided. A programmable CC202 control panel manages functions such as auto-reversing, post flush, and timed operation. The 1-horsepower motor is supported by Timken roller bearings to reduce shock, and a dual seal system—a triple-lip seal and a spring-loaded oil seal—helps protect internal components from grease and moisture exposure.
