Bon Chef 5079 Description
Designed specifically for seafood presentation, the Bon Chef 5079 Oyster Plate features a circular layout with six recessed wells to cradle oysters or other small shellfish. The Pewter-Glo finish offers the appearance of ceramic while maintaining the strength and resilience of aluminum. Constructed of aluminum with a ceramic-look coating, this piece supports cold or ambient service conditions. It is dishwasher safe, making it suitable for repeated use in foodservice operations. To maintain the integrity of the coating, it should not be exposed to direct flame or temperatures exceeding 185 degrees Fahrenheit.
